Truck Dispatching Dashboard

Context: Independent dispatchers needed one workspace for the whole job – board, loads, detention, invoicing – instead of five tabs and a spreadsheet.

What was built: A full Chrome extension: dispatch board, AI load matching, detention tracking with billing, fraud-checked booking, invoicing, and team sync via a Cloudflare Workers + D1 backend.

Outcome: Published on the Chrome Web Store and in active use by dispatchers.

Licensing & Analytics Backend

Context: Multiple products needed licensing, usage analytics, and administration in one place.

What was built: A Cloudflare Workers + D1 backend with REST APIs, an admin dashboard, Telegram CRM integration, and automated lead pipelines.

Outcome: In production, serving multiple live products.

Operations at scale

High-Volume Support Operation

Context: A US fintech needed its support operation scaled without quality collapse.

What was delivered: Team scaled from 30 to 200+ agents at 95%+ quality; average handle time cut 18%; first-contact resolution up 25%; real-time dashboards; automated reporting saving 20+ hours weekly.

Outcome: Seven years of continuous operational leadership.

Retail systems

POS Analytics Dashboard

Context: A retail shop's sales data lived in a desktop database nobody could analyze.

What was built: A live web dashboard: sales trends, top products, low-stock alerts, and period reporting synced from the point-of-sale database.

Outcome: In daily use for inventory and sales decisions.

A note on examples: everything above is genuine shipped work. As we publish client case studies, they will appear here with the client's permission – and anything illustrative will always be labeled as such. We do not invent projects, clients, or results.
