Logistics

Dispatch operations for carriers who would rather drive.

Professional truck dispatching services for North American motor carriers: load coordination, broker communication, dispatch administration, and clean operational documentation – handled daily, reliably.

Who this is for

For carriers and owner-operators who lose hours to the phone

Dispatching is a full-time job hiding inside your driving job: watching load boards, calling brokers, negotiating rates, handling paperwork, tracking detention, invoicing. Every hour on the phone is an hour not earning.

We take the operational side of dispatching – coordination, communication, administration, documentation – so your trucks keep moving and your paperwork stays clean.

What dispatch covers

Day-to-day dispatch work

  • Load search assistance and load coordination
  • Broker and shipper communication
  • Rate confirmations and documentation
  • Scheduling, check calls, and status updates
  • Detention tracking and accessorial documentation
  • Invoicing support and paperwork organization
How we work

A dispatcher who treats your truck like a business

  • Know your lanes – we learn your preferred lanes, equipment, and rate expectations before booking anything
  • Verify before committing – broker and load details checked before your truck is committed
  • Document everything – rate confirmations, detention records, and communications filed where you can find them
  • Communicate proactively – you hear about problems with options, not after the fact with excuses
Working arrangement

Clear terms, no surprises

Dispatch arrangements are agreed in writing: what is covered, how communication flows, and how compensation works. You approve the working terms before a single load is booked, and you can see every document we produce on your behalf.

Plain talk: we provide dispatch coordination and administration. We do not claim operating authority, broker licenses, or regulatory qualifications on your behalf, and we make no promises about specific loads, rates, or revenue – anyone guaranteeing those is selling something. What we promise is diligent, documented, professional dispatch work.

Questions

Dispatch FAQ

What do you need from us to start?

Your operating details: MC/DOT numbers, equipment types, preferred lanes, and how you want to be reached on the road. We set up the working arrangement in writing before dispatching begins.

How do we stay in control of which loads we take?

You set the parameters – lanes, minimum rates, no-go areas – and nothing gets booked outside them without your approval. The truck is yours; we coordinate, you decide.

What are your working hours for dispatch?

Dispatch coverage is arranged around your operation. Load coordination happens during active freight hours; urgent road issues get prompt attention per our agreed protocol.

Do you work with new authorities?

Yes – we explain honestly how broker relationships and load access typically work for newer MC numbers, and what is realistic to expect while you build history.

Let's talk about your operation.

Tell us about your trucks, lanes, and what dispatch support would change for you.
