A process you can hold us to
Every engagement – support operations, feed diagnostics, catalog work, dispatch – runs on the same six phases. No surprises, no work started on a handshake, no results reported on vibes.
We start with a discovery call and an audit of the actual work – your queue, your feed, your catalog, your site – before proposing anything. You get a written plan with scope, deliverables, and price, agreed before work begins. Then we set up access, tools, and baselines, run the operation on a fixed rhythm with QA from day one, and report on a schedule: what was done, what the numbers did, and what we are fixing next. If a phase cannot be verified, it did not happen.
From first call to steady state
Discovery
A short call about your business, your volumes, and where it hurts. If we are not the right fit, we say so here, not after an invoice.
Audit
We examine the real thing: ticket history, feed diagnostics, catalog data, site state. Findings are counted and shown to you, not summarized into adjectives.
Written plan
Scope, deliverables, timeline, and price in writing, with what is not included stated just as plainly. Work starts only on your go-ahead.
Setup
Access granted properly (never shared passwords), tools configured, playbook documented, and baseline metrics recorded so improvement is measurable.
Run, with QA
The work runs on its rhythm – daily operations, scheduled maintenance, per-load dispatch – with quality sampling from the first day, not the first complaint.
Report and improve
A regular report you can verify: volumes, results, and the root causes removed this cycle. Each cycle should leave the operation better than the last.
What you can expect, and what we need
- Replies within one business day, usually faster
- Written scope and price before any work starts
- Reports with numbers you can check, on a fixed schedule
- Problems flagged early, with options, not buried until they are emergencies
- Your data, accounts, and licenses in your name, always
- One decision-maker we can reach with questions
- Access granted through proper accounts, not shared logins
- Your policies and judgment calls documented once, so we can apply them consistently
- Feedback in the first weeks, while the playbook is being tuned
- Decisions on flagged items within the agreed rhythm
Each service runs its own variant
The six phases are the frame; the working steps differ by service, and each service page spells its own out in full:
- Operations management – audit, playbook, then the operating rhythm
- E-commerce support – queue audit, playbook, supervised go-live, weekly note
- SaaS support & help centers – ticket audit, help center build, workflow, measured deflection
- WordPress management – site audit, stabilize, care rhythm, monthly report
- Merchant Center diagnostics – diagnose, prioritize, remediate, verify
- Catalog cleanup & migration – audit, clean, map, test, migrate, verify
- Truck dispatching – carrier setup, load planning, rolling, payment paperwork
Start with the audit.
Tell us what you are trying to fix. The first output you get from us is findings, not a sales pitch.
